its so heartbreaking but even if gin didn't die there fate would be loving each other without ever feeling the others warmth. so even if he did live it would be a blossoming love but with no warmth i think this ending is the most fitting now that i think about it deeply they won't see each other again but here love is still in there hearts and they got to hug each other and felt the warmth of love between them but i still can't get over it its turning me mental after all these years
