Hello my teacher. Could you give me an advice? Can I do exercise wearing ankle weights with your videos? If you say yes, how much weight you suggest? I am in intermediate level, is 1.5kg okay ?

Hi Bella, yes you can wear ankle weights as long as it doesn’t affect the form and cause uncomfortable feeling/ pain. I would suggest 0.5-1 lbs each, depends on the workout length and your body weight. Lots of the time if it’s too heavy, it’s more difficult to keep engage all the muscles needed. So please listen to your body. I hope my answer helps. Let me know if you have any additional question 💛
