your sim can get pregnant in the base game! but the childbirth mod i use is called the child birth mod by pandasama. another mod I use is called the RPO mod by lumpinou adds different relationship & pregnancy interactions. search for them on google and they should be the first ones to pop up!

@@Kendallx don't you know how to make mods work? I placed it in Documents -> Electronic arts -> The sims 4 -> Mods and it just does not work
