This boss fight took as long as the longest fights in each of the last video, by the way. In this video we explore the Pit of 100 Trials and what lies at the bottom- with a twist :O All standard enemies have 2x health and Bonetail has 10x health!

I agree with the idea that TTYD Bosses have INSANELY low HP. It isn't hard to do a lot of damage yourself & the game sadly isn't balanced around optimal play. Once you figure out how to play well, bosses die in 2-4 turns which is just really lame.

Hey Bringle man, I’ve got a challenge idea for you. I bet you’ve got a handful of viewers who, like me, have a childhood save file that is stuck at the save block right before the shadow queen. It would be fun to see you replicate as much of the save file as possible (badges, levels, stats, partner levels and items) and see if you can beat the game/come up with a start with whatever terrible builds you viewers thought up as kids without leaving (without leaving the shadow palace) Bonus points if the strats don’t involve just getting good

Might've not been great content, but clock out would've been a really easy strategy for most of the pit. A lot of the enemies are really susceptible to it, and you have 3 whole turns to get the SP back. It's how I always did the pit as a child who didn't understand game mechanics enough to get big damage output

If you allowed Life Shrooms, Danger Mario, and Goombella's Rally Wink, it would not matter that Bonetail had 2000 HP. You're doing possibly hundreds of damage per turn with Power Bounce, have luck and defense badges to shield you from damage, and Life Shrooms give you more guaranteed turns, even if Bonetail gets through Damage Dodge, P-Down D-Up, and Pretty Lucky to still KO you. Alternative, you could just run Boo Sheets if you're not confident in your ability to cancel out damage.
