@@windofchaosblows If you aren't completely underleveled, have Rakukaja and Tarunda, and prepare yourself with occasional rng bullshit. It's not that bad actually (this is only for regular unmodded playthrough, with no challenges)

Hardtype Metatron is hard enough without being given additional turns. I've been thinking a fair bit on how the balance of the game is affected by giving all enemies and extra turn and I'll probably make a video about it once the run is over.

Would it be possible to replicate Nocturne Hardtype for PS2 (emulator) in HD? Seeing an HD mod at all gives me a hope, even if only a little yet. I have some notes on the original mod, although I didn't end up finishing them (the enemy data part is kind of bare, besides the bosses; credit to Jim Reaper for some of the info)...

I suspect it is possible to replicate all of the changes in Hardtype. Matthiew Purple has made individual mods of a few of them already such as the press turn changes and Pierce applying to magic. I’m getting into modding the game myself but the way the code is written makes it a bit difficult to penetrate without good knowledge of how the game works. Keep an eye out I guess.

This is the extra enemy turn mod by Matthiew Purple. Strictly speaking this is a different version of the mod which isn't publicly available. I can assure you that 3 turns is a lot easier to handle than 4.
