I’m gonna tell my family I’m quitting everything in life to try this. I’m going to spend my life with ants.

2:30 wow, that is an INSANE brood pile! My Camponotus Discolor has 2 nanitics but only 3 larvae likely turning into pupae in the coming week, I couldn't imagine having that many eggs! how long did it take for your solonopsis to reach that colony size?
@Antsusa377Ай бұрын
It took my Fire Ants about 7 weeks to reach this size. The reason Camponotus colonies grow slower is because their queens lay in batches, and not around the clock. Good luck with the ants!

Try give them a lot more protein for their brood as it’s massive
@Antsusa37728 күн бұрын
@@Pigginkingin This species doesn't accept as much protein as others. They eat mainly sugar.

@@Antsusa377 My colony of the same species dislikes honey and loves mealworms, or tends to favor proteins over sugars, but do you have any sugars worth trying out? because all I have is honey at the moment but are there other sugars they will accept?
