It’s crazy how VW dealerships don’t include spark plugs in their major service until the 4th year regardless of your KM’s. If you on 30k km and on your 4th service do you really have to do a major service ?

How much engin oil is needed? Would the 5 liter be sufficient? What did you use to top up the water? Distilled water with coolant?

5l is sufficient, you should still have some left over in the bottle when you reach the correct level of oil in the engine. Distilled water is used yes and the water bottle indicates only using G12 coolant and it's mixed as per instruction on the coolant bottle

That particular engine model takes 3.5 liters of oil.

The sparkplug's gap has to be 1.1 mm and pil must be 5W 40 Synthetic oil

You can also use 5w 30 , it gives better fuel consumption.

I have a polo vivo trendline(2013). The locks on the doors just stopped working. The locks are manual not remote controlled. At the moment the key just turns in the keyhole with no effect. HELP.

I know a lot of times the wires connected to the lock detaches itself or the locking mechanism acts up and then the locks don’t function properly or at all. My suggestion would be to try and take the door panel off and the inner door panel and get the locking mechanism out. See if anything is loose with the whole door lock assembly, if not then move on to the lock itself and see if maybe it broke or something and then work from there
