Yeah i suddenly felt inspired to write this. I seriously dont know if I will even write it on a page but in case anyone finds it useful. “Charisma is a double-edged blade; the brighter the light it reflects, the deeper the shadows it hides.” This is a tale of how leaders wield words more dangerously than weapons. Of how children are indoctrinated to fight young for causes bigger than themselves, too complex for them to comprehend, destroying their innocence in the process. Of how following orders can make people commit acts they would otherwise condemn-a chilling echo of excuses past: “I was just following orders.” It is a story of complicity: of knowing exactly who will pull the trigger, what they will do with the gun, and still handing it over-knowing the blood is, inescapably, on your hands. Of the devastating question: Do the ends justify the means? And what happens when the tools meant to bring peace threaten to annihilate everything they were meant to protect? And yet, it is also a tale of necessity, of how sometimes even a dictatorship may seem justified to bring peace to a divided galaxy ravaged by war. In a universe so technologically advanced, civilians are still slaughtered and hunted like cattle for their allegiance. There are no international laws of war here-everything is fair game. Jiāng Xiaoyun, a brilliant but desperate weaponsmith, is forced to navigate this brutal world when the House of the Qilin, a faction cloaking authoritarian rule behind the guise of democracy, offers her everything she’s ever dreamed of: a state-of-the-art facility, unlimited resources, and the chance to leave her mark on history. Alongside her lifelong friend Tao Qiang, Xiaoyun joins their ranks, hoping to restore her father’s legacy. But ambition has its costs. As her creations grow more devastating, Xiaoyun finds herself in a role akin to that of a god, deciding who lives and who dies with every blueprint she designs. The weapons she builds tip the scales of power, shaping battles, factions, and the course of the entire war. While Qiang, once dissociated from the lives their weapons take, begins to feel the crushing weight of guilt, Xiaoyun finds herself drawn deeper into the Black Lotus’ ideology. Seduced by their vision of unity and the dangerously charismatic leadership of Jinhai, she becomes colder, her moral boundaries eroding as she justifies the devastation her creations bring. When Jinhai commissions Xiaoyun to design a weapon so powerful it could destroy entire planets, she rationalizes its purpose as a deterrent-a way to prevent violence rather than incite it. Yet, the weapon itself becomes a mirror, forcing her to confront the truth: How much destruction is acceptable in the name of peace? As the ideological rift between Xiaoyun and Qiang grows, they face a universe where survival demands impossible choices. What happens when the tools you create don’t just kill your enemies, but also destroy your soul? And in the end, who will be left standing: the one who fights to save their conscience or the one who buries it to win?

Based on the idea of the man falling in love with the girl in the painting, I think you would like the movie Laura (1944). It is a similar idea. The detective on the case of Laura's murder mystery falls in love with her portrait. Have you watched it? And by the way, I love these ideas! I might use the princess in mirror but with my own twist if that's okay♥♥♥

I just got an idea for a book. Please do not copy because i will be using it, but you can take inspiration. So basically there are two girls. ( lets call the older one Isa and younger 1 Tina ) So they have a really strong bond and do so much together, but one day Tina goes missing. From Tina's perspective, she doesn’t know that she's dead, and walks around the forest trying to find her sister. Meanwhile Isa goes through many trials and obstacles, even kills multiple people just to unknowingly come face to face with tina, where only tina can see people, but her being dead, she is unseen. When Isa runs off to keep looking for Tina, Tina finds her gravestone in the abandoned graveyard, yet no one could have made it if they didnt know she was dead.....( cliffhanger HEHEHEH 👹 )

Random lines I got from these prompts (im bad at writing so have mercy on me) 1.Dragon Trainor living with uncle- "I watched as the city went up in flames, the fiery creatures circling the sky, sparing no one." 2. Sculpter ghost one- "I watched as my dearly beloved Abigail forms in the stone, her eyes staring back at me, causing the guilt to resurface" 5. Pilot- "I look as the helicopter circled above us, tears forming in my eyes as I look over at the face I've grown to love. The face I see each morning and night. The face I've spent months admiring." *they fell in love 🫶* 6. Bird boy- "I watch as my dear friend Finn changes shape, his beautiful black wings turning to slender arms, his cold black eyes filling with life. The raven I befriended as a child, standing in front of me, completely human" ?. Graves- "Our fates were set in stone. Our futures ending here.. unless we change our stories" *reminds me of going back in time or reincarnation you could say, givin a chance at life again, so I thought they had to stop what killed them, all their deaths connected, might actually do this....👀* They were all soooo good!!

Im currently writing a Norse Mythology Book and uploading it on wattpad. Basically it’s the daughter of Sif (the Norse goddess of the earth) who’s lost and they hve to find her because the earth is suffering and the daughter, Rhette slowly figures out that she has awesome fire powers and is basically one of the most powerful demigod kids. Also there’s like a mini b-plot of her and her classmate, Connie, navigating a friendship and eventually being end game. I’m kind of stuck though so I thought this video might strike inspiration.

i believe that ideas probably only make up 10% of the actual book. the rest is execution. the most generic idea can turn into a wonderful story if executed well. even if you have a great unique brilliant idea etc etc, don't get so caught up in it that you forget to actually write it. i've seen so many authors absolutely BUTCHER an otherwise potential-filled idea because they didn't execute it well.
@aceclop

True, a good idea only gets you a front, maybe a back but all of that middle takes a lot work of and a lot of great execution. If done right though a good idea can create amazing things.

Basically what I came up with: Something-or someone-attacks his home, and kills his uncle and the dragons. All but one-the baby. He sees his uncle in his last moments. Several years later, after harnessing some of his magical abilities, he runs into a woman who claims she can help him find vengeance. However, she is running from something herself. She stole an important relic (which she uses to assist the trainer) and the owners are after her. She takes him to a place filled with people looking for the same type of vengeance, and there they meet the third member of their group-an assassin with very little to love, whom a god curses. Please, please, let me know if I took too much from your ideas

This is one of mine! When I was 10. In 2020 (I was only 10) I had a concept of a book that I never wrote(cause I’m lazy af) of 2 twins from noble family’s in the 1920’s were they both were trans(yes not accurate to irl I was 10) and they would switch places with each other (one was a boy other was a girl also it makes no sense now to me as if one was a boy and other was a girl would they even be identical enough to pull it off) but someone overheard them and as it was the 1940’s and it was a new concept, they was still no legal backlash from it but the person who overheard them(I never gave them a name cause again I was 10) found this to be “unnatural” but he(idk the gender I may have gave him one so he’s a boy now since it’s easier)still found it interesting as a concept so he decided to “study” them and wanted to see if by “pretending”(this is 1940s remember it was a new concept) would they have any physical changes, he documents it carefully as we read these twins attempt to live as the other twin and near the end his documents end up being discovered by some homeless people who found that they could earn some serious money from blackmail or selling these twins out to their parents and that’s all my 10 year old self wrote in her little book(yes I never wrote the book but I did write the idea along with some horrible character designs)

This is really random but my parents asked what I was doing while I was writing and I told them I was writing so they wanted to see what I wrote but they wouldn't like what I wrote so I showed them then moved to another tab so they won't see it and told them its not done yet so now they want to read it when its done and so i need to figure out a way to stop that from happening because if they read it it will not end well.

I wrote a story when I was younger🙂 There is a kid named Amara and her older brother Trubash and they have a little newborn brother named Jeeteeny and they are sailing on a boat to their new home. Amara is awoken by the waves splashing onto her face. She sits up, Jeeteeny cradled asleep in her arms, and sees the island. It’s a super tall treehouse with a small beach stretched around it! Amara gave Jeeteeny to Trubash and stepped into the soft sand. She stared up in amazement. She ran inside, her pigtails jumping around with her. They unloaded the food and went up the long, swirly stairs inside and found their rooms. Amara had the same room as Jeeteeny. Amara, being a kid who thinks outside the box, ran back outside to play instead of preparing her room. Trubash smiled, knowing how stubborn she was. Amara kicked the sand playfully outside the treehouse. Eventually, Trubash and Jeeteeny came outside too. As they splashed, they eventually started swimming. As they were in the water, Amara felt a rumbling beneath them. Suddenly, a giant shadow creature emerged and ate them! Amara woke up first, coughing up water. She saw that she was laying on a different beach! She went over and woke up the others. They took in their surroundings. That’s all I remember, I’ll have to go find the voice recording I did for it to remember the rest.😅
