I would LOVE to get a man’s take on Rhysand’s confession in A Court of Mist and Fury. There isn’t a single woman I know who has read the book and isn’t inlove with Rhys for that heartbreaking confession! You should definitely have your husband read it…although he can’t read it in isolation so that’s somehow getting him to actually read the book 😂😂

@MadiCovington My wife started reading romance novels just a few years ago (and romance fantasy more recently) and when questioned about the spicy stuff she would be very vague. I finally took it upon myself to start listening to the audiobooks so we could talk about it. Made it through all the Bridgerton books and ACOTAR + sequels. There is a lot to make fun of but also a lot to enjoy. I would say to all the other spouses of romance readers out there... don't knock it until you try it. At best you enjoy it with them... at worst you have something with which to tease them relentlessly😂

the thing about heroes in books that they aren't real they are fictional charachters created mostly by women .. it's hard to find a realistic man charachter in books that say real thing and beeing romantic at the same time ... i myself feel the jealousy in my husband but never heard one word that mean i feel jaloues or i wanna kill evry man staring at you . and trust le he is so so jealous somtimes it's so frustrating and unbearable .. and it goes for other thing in tbeir personalities ... but the thing is we love that i' fictiin that's why we read them... they just fiction
