Another tip people need to look into and take into account is the tech side of things. Phones, cameras, wifi, computers, ect can all track or be used to track you. I understand people uploading to KZbin to make money, but there's ways you can make it work it while being anonymous. Use a burner email, TOR, upload your video(s) on public wifi, use a burner laptop only for uploading content nothing personal, don't take a cell phone with you/use a burner phone. These are probably the bare minimum of you're going to post yourself committing illicit activities.

One thing you got wrong, he was charged with many many counts of menacing, the statute of which is: A person commits the crime of menacing if, by any threat or physical action, he or she knowingly places or attempts to place another person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury. Menacing is a class 3 misdemeanor, but, it is a class 5 felony if committed: By the use of a deadly weapon or any article used or fashioned in a manner to cause a person to reasonably believe that the article is a deadly weapon; or By the person representing verbally or otherwise that he or she is armed with a deadly weapon. Which at minimum is a class 3 misdemeanour but could easily be a class 5 felony which is 3 years/100k fine max. He's going to plead out everything so won't be hit with a felony but could get 6 months, also just because it's traffic doesn't mean it's not criminal. For instance the reckless driving he got hit with is less serious than the menacing but is still a criminal misdemeanour good for 6 months in jail A person who drives a motor vehicle, bicycle, electrical assisted bicycle, electric scooter, or low-power scooter in such a manner as to indicate either a wanton or a willful disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. A person convicted of reckless driving of a bicycle, electrical assisted bicycle, or electric scooter is not subject to section 42-2-127. Any person who violates any provision of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor traffic offense. Upon a second or subsequent conviction, such person shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than ten days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Numerous drivers and online viewers contacted the Colorado State Patrol regarding the incident.” And finally, the problem is going to be that they've got him dead to rights on so much they could throw so much at him at trial and lock him up for a long time so if the best deal he gets is pleading to the menacing felony and going to jail for 6 months and supervised probation for 2 years then that's what he'll probably do and probably with a motorcycle and possibly driving prohibition as well. Edit: It's also not the subjective standard about whether drivers felt in fear (which I'm sure they did) but it's would a reasonable person engaging in the behaviour that he did would believe that they are placing or attempting to place another in fear. Assault is the only victim subjective requirement I believe.

just another is to blur out the speedometer because it is on the officers to say what the speed is in the video. I mean who's not to say that the cars are slowing down below the speed limit or you're just going a tad bit faster than they are without a speed registering they can at best only guess what the speeds are and even then you could simply say you sped up the content to shorten the video as well. I mean one thing I notice on a bunch of the rocket channels that I watch is that they cover up the speedo so nearly impossible to guess how fast they are going hence doubt of what their true speeds are.

According to guys on VinWiki, he sits in Denton for up to a month waiting for the US Marshals to pick him up in their van. Then the actual trip can take up to 30 days. One guy was extradited from Florida to Georgia, a 4 hour road trip. It took 2 weeks with all their stops to pick up and drop off other prisoners. So he can be stuck up to 60 days before getting to Colorado. The guy on VinWiki said they would only feed him a McD's cheeseburger everyday for his meals.

@@Paramoto959 Oh I assume there is video here and there of the whole trip at different points. However, they ca trace his credit card history for use in those areas at the time it took place. They can also trace where his phone has been pinged on towers in the area, all communications made to and from it during that time as well and to ( or with ) whom. In other words, there is enough forensics to verify it was his bike, his credit card and PIN numbers being used, his cell phone, texts and calls….. likely with family at some point……. Definitely enough to establish that it WAS him on that bike and no one else. There is also no way of knowing if they have a pic of him with his helmet off at some point during that trip. He was arrested at his house. For all anyone knows, they probably showed up with a warrant and confiscated his computer as well. If they did that, then they likely got everything they needed and then some.

Most of the time it's not really about safety, it's about generating revenue. @@Paramoto959 - HIS KZbin channel linked to his Google account with his bank details posts the footage with voice over claiming to be the rider.(they will call witnesses to testify the voice over is him) - HIS bike(previously pulled over and identified by being ticketed whilst riding it and it's pretty distinctive with the two tone) - HE can be identified riding the same bike as shown in the video, in the same area on the same day shortly before the run(via cctv with no helmet on buying a drink with his bank card) - HIS phone is then tracked start to finish completing the run and can be correlated to the bike by cctv along the route. - The rider clearly has identifiable skin blemishes on both his hands at the start of the video which would be compared to the arrested during booking. - Plenty of voice over in subsequent videos in which he never denies it was him whilst discussing the potential trouble he's in. They have more than enough to bury him. You kids are truly amazingly ignorant of the law and the court system.

Letting people borrow your bike so you can give their name to a judge if you get in trouble later is pretty slimey. Especially if it’s your friends or colleagues like wut

You don’t need to give names and even if you do the point would be that they wouldn’t be able to charge anyone in that crime because they can’t prove who is riding the bike. No one could get in trouble for the crime because they would lose probable cause.
