I used to be a Honda tech and tested all the new bikes at that time. It was a great job. I'm on my own now and got 9 vintage Honda's and an gl1800 wing and love the thing. Great looking area where you are and thanks for the ride.

I'm a subscriber of your channel and have watched hundreds of your videos but all of them post 2016. I've had the exact same 2012 red/silver Goldwing for over 6 years now....... just love it, 131000 trouble free kilometers on her! Nice to see you gave my wing a great review.

We jokingly say that they're two wheels shy of a luxury convertible... Lol Oddly, the center of gravity is so low that they feel like 1/4 of what they are... You have to keep reminding yourself that you are on a big bike, and to slow the hell down! You can go flat crazy on one of these, because nothing tells you that you're on a big touring bike, they handle and perform that well. And of course, you get the 2nd to none Honda build quality and reliability... These things are legendary! Thanks dheller777!

Well, I tell ya. When I purchased mine new in 2013, I was extremely comforted taking out the loan knowing that the extended factory warranty would outlast the payments. Is there any motorcycle company out there that offers a 7 year unlimited warranty on their bikes besides Honda? Heck the salesman even said If I was "stranded" in a really bad storm on the interstate under an overpass.... I could make a call and get a ride and the bike towed to a motel for safetey's sake.

They are big, but they handle incredibly well. But going through the Tail of the Dragon like that? Well I've gotten too old for that kind of craziness... Lol Fun as heck to watch those videos though! Thanks ***** !

Buddy of mime has had 2 wings, 2nd is a 2014, I heard the 2015 may have a/c, haha....Got to catch up on watching vids, and am working on posting vid, just got back from riding the Natchez Trace in Ms for a few days. didn't do the whole route, rode about 200 mi up the trail, and a couple of hundred mi there and back. Shawn I rented a 2014 Road King with the Sena SMH10-11 and the wife on the back, OMG what a enjoyable ride vs. the Super Glide, Wife loved it, she says after "how much is that bike".....smooth as glass, no fatigue, cruise control is awesome ! Got to get back catching up.

Aymen Michel...! The only people that don't like GL1800's are those that have never ridden one. My own son, that works next to me, kept making remarks about them when he started at 19 years old... He came back from test riding his first GL1800 with his eyes wide open! He was so impressed that he purchased his own GoldWing! Thanks for watching and commenting!

My wife and I went by there a few years ago on lunch... Had to get her out of there quick! Lol There were some really nice campers there... The entire lot that the campers sit on is hand lays cobblestone! The price of doing that must have been nuts! Took a couple years to complete. Was all blacktop that got insanely hot during the summer... I'll stop and walk onto one of the lots while on a test ride and filming, you'll be amazed.

That there is some bike, looks like the space shuttle with all those switches and stuff. That black thing on the shield was in the way what is it? It's pretty easy to get the right paint colour now as they can scan it and the computer does it all for you.

Someone mentioned that I should have gone over the features while on the test ride... You have no idea how long that would take! They come with two large owners manuals. One is just for the radio and nav system... Sorry about the shield vent being closed and blocking the view! I didn't think about it as I could see clearly over it... I've seen out auto body shop guys scanning paint, that's amazing technology! Thanks WM2869!

Why did you trst drive the bike? Might want to reposition your camera, shield vent obscured the view. Would have enjoyed the ride more, if you lent your expertise on the operation of the bike. Thank you.

We always test ride them after a service to make sure all is okay before sending the off on their journeys... This one belongs to one of our corporate IT guys, and it had been sitting for months over the long winter. I didn't think anything of the shield vent as I could see clearly over it. Should have opened the vent, would have seen right through it... I'll try to do a review of a GoldWing when I can. The operations of a GoldWind could take a whole video to cover. Lot of bells and whistles on a GL1800! Thanks for watching and commenting Walter!

They are shockingly easy to ride. They handle like a sportbike and are surprisingly fast... You just won't believe that you're riding a Gold Wing. Thanks for watching and commenting Patrick!

I got my license through a training course and then hopped on an 86 goldwing interstate. It is big and you have to be careful at slow speeds in town, but it is easier to ride than the 250s I took my test on. You'd be fine on a goldwing.

The 1800 is the best handling at low speed, highway, and two lanes than any other Wing. If you ride a bike, it is very intuitive... the biggest thing is to make sure you have solid footing when putting you feet down. Once your rolling it's extremely well balanced

Gold Wings are nice I used to have one years back but I had to get back to Harleys The Gold Wing was a much smoother riding bike than the Harley

Yeah, they're just a couple wheels shy of a luxury car... They changed so much since they completely redesigned them as the GL1800. You can actually ride one like a sport bike, it's crazy how hard you can push one... Thanks Robert!
