Another good day’s s sailing for you in some lovely scenery. My road trip meant I didn’t get to see this but a boat trip out of Whittier did take us up into the Harvard Arm with its many glaciers. We saw tens of sea otters who seemed to always know when the cameras tried to capture a shot as they would invariably dive down just as the shutter clicked. I hope you managed to see many more as they are, sadly, in decline. It is a good feeling to come out of the casino with a profit even if it is tiny isn’t it. Love the t-shirt.
@PaulandCaroleLovetoTravel11 ай бұрын
LOL yes those otters don't want to have their photo taken! 😂😂 Lovely to see them! Always good to come out of the casino with something.....doesn't happen often!

Having so much fun following along on this epic journey, and can't wait for the next installment! I've cruised to Alaska twice, and both times fjord/glacier day was my favorite. I've had an aft balcony, though not a suite (you lucky kids!) and I spend the entire day out there, to the very bitter end. I made a playlist of fitting music and I just enjoy. You're right, it's magical for sure and I'm sure Glacier Bay was far more grand than the two fjords I've seen. Paul walking around with the flags on his head like business as usual cracked me up ;) You two are just my favorites to watch!
@PaulandCaroleLovetoTravel11 ай бұрын

I love watching your videos! I just get mesmerized, with your stories and footage. Funny parts from today's video was showing off Paul's new T-shirt and how excited he is to show the new one next day. Also, you gave kudos to Jerry for being so smart with meteorology and geography and yet he is in a T-shirt and light jacket lol. I was rooting along with you guys while you were playing at the casino. Thank you so much!

You must cruise Alaska, absolutely magical! My husband dismissed it, and i insisted, he now says it's the best trip he has taken. Right up with our Nile cruise. We did a small boat cruise, 300 passengers, and took a zodiac up to the base of the glacier. Taken an expedition trip, they are amazing.

Always a delight to watch your vlogs. Glacier Bay looks very beautifull. Sadly on our cruise somebody was so unfortuned to get so ill that the ship had to turn around so we did not see Glacier Bay. Good to know safety of a passenger is the most important. We just put it back on our wish-list. The Dutch Cafe was absolutely our favourite coffeespot on the ship. Hopefully we can go back on a Alaskan cruise some day. Everybody have a awesome cruise-life.
@PaulandCaroleLovetoTravel11 ай бұрын
Thanks! Oh no what a shame but hopefully the passenger was OK!

That is allways first priority, we only heard the passenger was still alive when he was brought to a medical ship. Our holiday was fantastic, even without Glacier Bay.
