Great video. Followed it step by step and it worked perfectly. In my opinion you do need a vice to break the torque and once that is done it takes 3 minutes to install even for a novice gunsmith like me. Thank you for a great instructional video.

Thanks for sharing. On my 10fcp-k in 223 rem, the torque it took to remove the factory nut was significant enough to twist my Harbor Freight hex wrench like a piece of licorice, and dent my 24 inch EMT cheater bar. I had to lean my whole body into it to break that factory torque! But it worked. Thanks again. -Strafer

KPutubing No worries, glad I could help. The new bolt handle makes a world of difference from the stock handle. I didn't think it was big enough especially after putting the Bell and Carlson stock on it. After the stock install, there wasn't very much room to manipulate my hand around the handle.. You were not kidding about the torque on the hex. I had to put it in a vise and used a pipe on the hex key. Thanks!

Just found your link to this video and I am really impressed. You did something correct that is secret hidden knowledge and yet you shared!!! The C-clamp agaist the bench and the Hex Key really ??? Yipee!!! I was about to get out the torch! Also I think it is greast that you are not a lefty...no offence to lefties, but thios becomes Rubiks' bolt when I have to watch it from that perspective.Thank you Buddy

the added length helps a bunch. I caught myself smashing my knuckles against the scope with the old knob because it was so short and the added length and texture helps when wearing gloves.

Nice video. 2 suggestions, use a piece of wood when resetting the firing pin spring and use blue locktite on the bolt handle screw. You don't want to damage parts.

Evidently according to their web site they aint got one....their customer service pages states and this is copy and pasted from them "Please address all your customer service requests to [e-mail] We currently do not provide any live phone support. However, we will be able to address all your questions or concerns quickly and efficiently through email. We do this because our customer base expands through three continents, several time zones, different languages etc. Under such business conditions, phone support would not be very practical and would incur staffing costs we’d rather spend in other areas of the business. Hi Glades armoury, I received my tactical bolt handle. I just opened the package this morning. It is not the one pictured on my order. The one I got has the oversized handle I believe the one I ordered had the black tactical handle. Please let me know how we can work this out.
