True legend, with one of the strongest voices in music. When she sings you feel the soul in her voice! With Pips backing her up with the fluent choreography! Truly the Empress of Soul 🎵🎼🎶

One of the finest and most expressive voices I've ever heard, but I don't think this song fully demonstrates her remarkable talent . . So many great songs in her repertoire . . Thanks for an excellent reaction . .

The next onr from them should be "Midnight Train To Georgia", which is one of the greatest recordings in the rock era. Gladys Knight is one of the best singers in history. Others include: "I've Got To Use My Imagination", "I Heard It Through The Grapevine" , "Best Thing That Ever Happened To Me", and a fantastic version of "Bridge Over Troubled Water".

What can ya say..They were family ( 2 brothers and a cousin), and I always thought those made the tightest and greatest bands. And yeah, her voice was really unique--unlike the other Motown female singers, it was more of a power singing method that set her apart and made her so great.

My favorite by them is I Really Got To Use My Imagination! I like this song too, but the other one is #1 for me! It's incredible now to hear these artists from the past actually sing with their own magnificent voices instead of auto tune or whatever else they use to enhance an artists voice! It was definately way better back then, at least as far as music is concerned! Until Monday, take care!

If you want proof of why we call her the Empress of soul. Check out: Everybody needs love. Thats the time I feel like making love to you. Which was also recorded by Roberta Flack and the soul full ". Let me be the woman you come home to and Giving up, is hard to do, that became a monster hit for Donny Hattaway. Written by Van Mckoy who also wrote Walk away from love for David Ruffin and Do the hustle the disco era national anthem.

There comes an artist that comes along like Ms. Gladys Knight and we enjoy. Today I give praise and thanks to know there never be another. OK let's talk about my first wife , who we were married for 11 years and dated 21 years . Two sons 13 years old and 4 years old.( we separate for almost a year and got ill responsible on the reconnecting ). Regardless we divorced and co parent well. She got engaged and decided she would go in for liposuction.from him. He stood her up about a month before their marriage. Everything paid in full by her. It really wasn't my place but I wanted to hurt him. Less than a year later he died. I told her if someone loves you and they can't accept you for who and what you are, physically or mentally . That person isn't for you.
