I've used my Magic Eraser sponge and it works well. Best when your iron is warm, not hot! You'll get steam burns if you do. Also wipe residue from the sponge off the iron.

Can you just use a regular cleaner like 409 spray?

Using a wooden toothpick on the iron while the iron is still hot also works. I just gently scrape off the gunk once or twice a week. It works great and doesn't damage the iron.

Hey girl! The gold tool is a curling wand! It’s just bent on the side so it’s more ergonomically comfortable for stylists. It’s awesome right?
