I'm low porosity and I cut off all my heat damage I'm doing full time curly like you ladies! I have type 4 hair btw

You can use it as a weekly or bi weekly treatment and leave it on for 45 min. Or use it in place of your regular conditioner if you’re pressed for time. Great results either way.
