It really is, thank you. I wasn’t expecting it to be so authentic sounding, it’s pretty cool

Hi Kev, please, let me ask for the last time about recommendation on a Panama hat, what do you think: the Classic Panama by Capas or the Pressaro by Capri about $80 difference, the Pessaro states #8 straw....I heard there is a Bailey too called the Chesterfield that i should look at but I don't see it on the web sit..have fun.

I kinda made the last video for you, to address this subject, hope u like it! kzbin.info/www/bejne/qny4YYSfeK51g7M I think the Classic is a great hat, but if you’re really into this hat thing, the pesarro is nicer, I really like the Capas stuff, I think you’ll be happy with it. But the passaro is an expensive hat on sale, it’s a good deal. Maybe the last video will help, I really made it to answer this question, since I can’t really answer it in a paragraph or two

@@KTGHATS I appreciate you greatly and have bought 4 hats from JJ since finding you, 2 for my wife. I think i know you well enough to go with your idea of what hat to get. So the Pessaro or the Palermo?

Hi.I think the guitar sounds like they turned off the electricity in the house. Totally serious, the guitar is very nice. The sound is very beautiful and clean.

Ding ding ding ding! 🛎️ We have a winner. Nice job on the bridge which looks like the original Telecaster bridge. Have you plugged it into the Flamma yet? That will be awesome ✨. As far as that neck goes, it looks like it was sanded & left raw. I personally would go to the hardware store & get a small bottle of Minwax Wipe On Poly Finish, water soluble & seal the wood. It won't feel different but the wood will be protected. You might want to sand one of the necks of your other guitars & wipe this stuff on. It's some of the best natural wood finish products you can get. Just my opinion. 👍☮️🌞🌟🎶🎸🌵🐾

It feels raw,but there’s a thin finish on it, definitely not raw wood. I’d do that if I sanded a neck though, good advice. They just put some kind of thin skinned satin finish on it, it’s buffed to a very,very soft texture. They spend some time on the finish,it feels nice..but it’s got some meat to it, that’s a nice chunkadelic feeling neck. Not anything like our reverends..it’s more like a Fender tele neck, it’s a nice handful.but I kinda like it in a way. It might slow me down for a while until I get used to it, but it’s strangely comfortable, I usually can’t do fat necks.,this feel ok though!

Is a 5x beaver rodeo king hat a good hat?
@KTGHATS3 жыл бұрын
No idea, in my 26 years selling stetson westerns, I’ve never seen one..nobody has even brought one in to be steamed. I’d stick with Stetson or Resistol,personally. Stetson westerns are very consistent,and they have the money and the infrastructure to make really reliable westerns at the price they ask. I’ve got no experience with Rodeo King, as far as the 5x, that’s a rabbit hat, not beaver. Sometimes they sprinkle in a little salt shaker of beaver to give it the “5x beaver” status, but it’s a rabbit hat, or it’s probably 99% rabbit. That’s okay though,a 5x Stetson is also rabbit. Generally an American made,fur felt hat by a big brand will be okay, But unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve seen the rodeo king Line, I can’t comment on it at all, read the reviews on their FB page,and wherever u can find reviews.. and make sure there are refunds before ordering.. or just go with a Stetson or Resistol, they come from the same company,and are very reliable,last forever..

@@KTGHATS I've heard that the Gretch have the rock-a- Billy sound rather than jazz. Might be the pick-ups installed. I lean towards the warmer jazz tones. ✌🎸🎸👍

First glance, "Huh, why didn't they do string-through-body?" Looks at price, "HOLY!!! Ok, forgivable to leave out at that price point."

Yeah, I’d imagine top loading bridges are cheaper. No drilling, no ferrules, and things less to screw up. It’s $89 shipped w gigbag, cable, strap,etc so I’d imagine they have to keep it simple. I have a thing for these cheap,Chinese guitars ..it all began with a $99 jazz bass I had, it was the woody,Jaco tone that I want with a J bass, and really awesome.. after that I started becoming obsessed w trying all these entry level Guitars.. it’s amazing when u get from China these days, I’ve had great luck, I’d imagine so,e brands are better than others, but so far I’ve been very lucky. Not even any fret sprout on this. But I was surprised to see how chunky the neck is,unusual for an entry level guitar, but kinda cool.

Sorry but that authentic tele tone is anything but!

I’ve owned a dozen or so teles, they’re all a little different, I appreciate your opinion, I disagree ..it’s maybe not the most sublime tele tone, but for an entry level tele, I think it’s doing more than just ok.. it’s fun, twangy, Bluesy and well worth the price in my opinion
