when I was a boy I remember going to Glasgow and seeing the ship yards...and that mustard colored paint...never forget that. The amount of world ships built there was incredible!

Glasgow's a great city, the grid plan's impressive, there's loadssss of old architecture and all the modern/upcoming builds are looking good too :) love this place!

That city is so beautiful it such a shame that it has such a high crime rate. But then other beautiful cities have high crime rates too like Naples and New York.

Check out numbeo dot com to compare crime rates mate, you might be surprised. Glasgow still has a problem with gang violence out in the schemes but apart from that its crime rate is pretty low. You'd certainly be safer visiting here than London

@@DavidByrne85 As a Londoner my friend told me not to talk on the train in case people heard my accent and picked a fight. Especially as youths were patrolling the train singing 'all england are shite'. That doesnt happen in London... Much more accepting of foreigners down here.
