I think everyone deals with things differently in life, those are memories that will stick with him for the rest of his life, like a page in a book you can keep reading going forward until the end but sometimes you have to look back, some people hold on to things more then others and in order to heal you sometimes have to think about things from the past, move on when your ready to sometimes things just take time, some people get over things faster some don’t, funny when I hear this song makes me think of an ex from years ago, that didn’t end bitter just wasn’t the life for us to have together I’ve been with the same person for the last 12 years, sometimes songs, smells other things trigger memories without us really realizing it we can’t help it we are human and that’s what our brains do, memories we have with us for the rest of our lives we take to the grave with us
