Balatro Part 5 - surely the previous run can't be beat, now it's time to experiment! Oh wait a second... This run was definitely sloppy, but that's because I wasn't expecting it to go to the moon. I guess that means there's even more room for improvement!

I got so mad at the psychic fight because i kept using 4 instead of 5 cards forgetting the fight modifier which made me lose multiple times now. Please change it to force you to use 5 cards before the full version comes out. I am used to fighting it now after a few lost runs, but still please change it.

This game is just oozing with creativity. My favorite part of the secret hands is that there are secret planet cards to go along with them. Just such an elegant and cool way to do that mechanic.

Great game! The only inefficient part I think was hiker farming over money, if you just went for money with delayed gratification or hands left, you have more options to get celestial, which with every 0.1x would scale better than the amount you get from hikers chip buff.

Really enjoying this content, this game is amazing. You may be aware of this by now, but you can use your bought tarot cards on the cards that show up when you buy a tarot from the shop. 6:26, you had two jacks that you could have upgraded to queens using your tarot. It doesn't consume the tarot card you bought, you still get to use one.

A small detail about this game that I really appreciate is the differentiation between the black suits and red suits from each other. Clubs are greener than Spades, and Diamonds are more orange than hearts. It's a small detail but it goes a long way. Wonderfully entertaining video as always!! :D

I think the highest recorded score in the demo is somewhere around 187 trillion or something, but i have seen a 300 billion in a single hand so it can be insane, cant wait to see more!

I would like to see a video of you attempting a seeded game, I was watching one yesterday, the world record, it uses one seed and they got like 14 trillion of something using DNA with glass cards. The way DNA works is that the card you use get duplicated and added to the deck, and it also duplicates all the boost things u have on said card.

Wouldn't have helped in this build at all. in fact when I say "one of the best cards" I think that only applies to my play style. I got a really broken build where I was trying to get Ride The Bus synergy by using Blueprint Robber, but I was winning for to fast while only playing high cards. My deck containted flush houses, but I never needed to play them. BZKSR5P2 Here's the seed if anyone wants it (and happens to see this comment)

Such a shame you kept mystic summit for +15 mult its basically nothing after the multiplication you were at 2880 mult. Scary face was available in the shop again. It would have given some extra chips (3 queens playing twice for 120) It would have given a total score of (478+120)*(2880*2.8) = 4 822 272 Still loved the video, have been playing the demo myself and am excited for the release, i hope you keep making Balatro videos!
