Lastly, whats the point of this? What if Kevin knew the truth, what could he do? Tell to his psychiatrist that Mr Glass, the terrorist, killed his father and therefore created a superhero (David) and a supervillain (the beast)? His psychiatrist already knew about the beast because Dennis told her, we knew this from split, but she didn't believed in this.

Imagine if at the end, David was forced to kill the beast after casey brings Kevin back. Kevin comes back. Casey watches in confusion as David stands behind him. David snaps Kevin's neck. Still a heartbreaking twist, but without the stupid secret society sh*t. Then David walks over to Glass, who has a smug/proud grin on his face. He's proud of both David and the beast becoming who they were meant to be. David shakes glass's hand to catch him off guard. He punches elijah in the chest. Glass looks into the sky, gasping for breath, with a smile. He has finally served his purpose as the arch enemy. David removes his poncho and covers Kevin's body. He sits beside Kevin and begins to weep. Joseph comforts his father as police sirens are heard in the distance. Casey holds Kevin's hand. Dr staples watches in awe at the man who she saved from the swimming pool 19 years earlier. She finally believes in superheroes. But she now knows they're not always as clean and pure as in comic books. "real life doesn't fit into little boxes that were drawn for it." end of 'Glass.'

@JamesTobiasStewart2 жыл бұрын
Their fights really show the difference in their respective styles, the Beast is clearly faster and more agile than the Overseer, but his preferred kill move, the chest crush, simply doesn't work on David. After that it is pretty consistent in trying to suffocate David, either by choking him or drowning him. Meanwhile David is more in favour of big powerful strikes and utilising elements of the environment. Appropriately for the Unbreakable man, he doesn't even try to dodge the Beast's attacks, relying on his sheer power to tank the blows.
