i think the most ingenious thing about this movie is that while we're all sus of derol and why he's there, most of us don't pick up on the fact that he's almost always carrying/drinking a corona. and that he's probably a symbol of the virus still being around them. they just choose to not acknowledge him -- he even says at one point 'ignore me!' and WE DO. brilliant.

Idk if I’m the only one who realized this but the guy (forgot his name) who kept showing up and going like “I’m not here” with the long hair is the one detective from Knives Out who was a mega nerd and knew all the books. The first time I watched this film I thought the killer was him or Miles, Miles was the obvious one, but nerd detective was also a bit obvious to me, could’ve played it off as “he went insane” after knives out and stuff. Edit: Daryl, that’s his name!

16:03 Plus it's also dumb because when they do an autopsy they'll be able to confirm the death was an allergic reaction, so his 'someone tried to kill me' story wouldn't work, and there's bound to be someone investigating the death who'd ask 'Mr Bron, do you usually put pineapple juice in your whiskey?'

17:41 amazing that you called her a disruptor because i saw a video that walked through what Helen did here with the audio of Miles explaining what disruptor means to Blanc. She started by smashing something small and people were with her, then she started smashing larger stuff and no one was with her on that
@JNDReacts6 ай бұрын
12:41 So I’d never actually thought about her taking time off of work before. Granted I’m sure she could get time off for a death in her family, which she probably did when she traveled to New York. But also, I looked up the Alabama public school dates, and in 2020 a lot of the schools’ last day was May 21st, which is the day Helen and Blanc met up in Greece, the night before everyone traveled to Miles’s island. Because the day they went to the island was the same day the news broke about Andi’s death, and the date on the article Helen pulled up is May 22nd.

Here's what I love about the ending: the so-called "friends" were still awful people.
