This new Glass Tiger song is simply incredible... They make pop songcraft like The Beatles did it - it come out SO tuneful, SO easy to sing along to: that it's tempting to think ANYONE could churn out a song like this. And there is the deception... What masterful songwriters. Alan Frew has one of "THE" great voices of all time. Al Connelly on guitar is a perfect accompanist, so tasteful. Sam Reid on piano! What a talent... Glass Tiger STILL composes songs that make my arm hairs stand on end... as a 46-year old man, husband & father now too. I discovered GT at age 13... and I love their new songs every bit as much as their peak 80s popularity smashes. Keep going, Glass Tiger! I had the pleasure of seeing Glass Tiger once again with Corey Hart in Edmonton. Glass Tiger was amazing. Not only are they talented musicians, but they know how to personally connect with an audience. You could feel the energy between the band and the fans, that is rare. You could tell the band was having fun by the huge smiles on their faces as they looked at the crowd. I have loved Glass Tiger since they started and will continue to support them, not only because of their great music, but how much they care about their fans.

I was witness to seeing how the human spirit is resilient when Alan Frew and his band Glass Tiger took the stage. This song is an anthem song for those who have had to overcome. Alan's courageous story of having a stroke and recently, recovering from a broken neck and surgery, is a true testament to how he is the epitome of what a survivor is! The "Never Surrender" concert with Corey Hart was phenomenal! Yet to see Alan walk on stage with his band mates, brought tears! My wish is for everyone when seeing Glass Tiger, to get out of your seats and show your support!
