The instructions state to use a heavy grease or oil be used in the bottom grove. Your video makes no reference to this. Should we be doing this?

What are the upper channels on the tool used for?

The hex nut on the handle goes on the other side of the flange to secure the handle.

How do you use this tool to frame an oval shaped piece?

This will take a good bit of practice with some spare zinc. You need to practice bending a segment of your loop to match a long side, then note and bend the upper or lower parts more severely to match your oval.

Sadly extremely low quality product but not enough interest to create better ones , imho.
