Here is the link to the product page: www.coolpad.com/#/product/Daguan3Plus . You can transform your iPhone into a glasses free 3D smartphone with this 3D screen protector: 3dfix.company.site

Typing this from a Rokit IO Pro 3D. I got it specifically for 3D. I cannot say I ever actually use it.

I await your review to see if it records in 3d. I was very surprised when none of the new iPads mention any form of 3d recording, esp given Apple's push for Spacial recording.

Nobody in their right mind would use a tablet to record any event. 🤣🤣🤣

@@PSYCHOV3N0M plenty do. If you want record in 3d while also viewing in glasses free 3d with depth focus just grab a Lume Pad 2. I use two to record 3d performances from different angles to then edit cuts for viewing in VR headsets like Quest and Vision Pro. Being able to have a huge 3d viewfinder and set depth focus etc while recording is rather nice.

I tried the 3D screen protector film years ago on a Galaxy S9 and it was "okay". The eye tracking wasn't great. Awesome to see its improved this much. Hope they make something for Android and tablets. Unrelated question: Do you know of any 3D tablets that can be used as a 3D monitor for a 3D camera (hdmi or USB C INPUT rather than an output. Or has a extremely low latency streaming ability). I'm trying to take the SBS dual fisheye view out of a Canon dual fisheye EOS lens and show it on a monitor live but in 3D for the camera operator.

There is no mentioning of this phone on their page. Whats going on?
@josh_3D19 күн бұрын
It's only on the Chinese language home page. If you change the language to Chinese in the website language menu and pull up the list of products, both are there

How did you buy the two phones
@josh_3D19 күн бұрын
I have a friend who was able to help me make a purchase from JD.com, but there are vendors online that can act as agents for purchasing from sites like JD.com (main e-commerce site in China).

@josh_3D, do you know if with the Acer 3D laptops and monitors one can convert 2D video input (either from a capture card on the laptop or HDMI-in on the monitor) into glasses-free 3D on-the-fly? eg, if one plays a normal console game via a capture card in the laptop, if that can be converted to 3D via the Acer software in real time?
@josh_3D17 күн бұрын
Hey, the laptops can convert almost anything that is full screen into 3d in real time, including games. The monitors can use the same software so should be able to do this too

Here's the problem with using any phones that come from China, is the risk of data mining. All the information anyone wants from you they can get from your phone. China has no privacy policies. Tiktok was noctorious for this. It is nice to see advancements in this technology, but only in the hardware aspects. I would even be weary of the chipsets.
