Good on ya, Rick! AI is a serious threat to genuine content creators like you. As you have found, it is not hard to spot AI scripting and voices, but the general public may be fooled more often, as the tech improves. I'm very glad your adapter is still going strong! I had to use mine in a pinch last Monday in the early AM, when the EA chademo on the Ohio turnpike was out of service. The CCS1 there was only delivering ~50kW, but I was very happy the adapter worked like it should. I salute your goal of the road trip! The trailer will make the Leaf quite a bit more thirsty, so I'd budget plenty of extra time. I look forward to hearing if the new firmware is stable. I still cannot charge at the Pilot/GM/EVgo dispensers for some reason. Props to you, sir!

It should be fun pulling the trailer. Luckily, the furthest it will be being pulled is about 52 miles period between each campground every 21 days. We only we'll be going about 52 miles. We do a triangle around Central Florida. Between 3 campgrounds, so On a full charge, everything should be fine.Fingers crossed fingers crossed l o l

I did charge at the flying j. E v go, but for some reason, I was only getting nine kilowatts period supposedly the new software does speed it up some period now I did get it working, but nine kilowatts, is that really working ? Not really. So I will be doing the software update. On the Sun drive probably within the next 2 hours, but real fast, I have to run back over to Walmart. You can get it charged because I'm not driving truck this weekend, so I'm going to be doing Walmart. DoorDash and Uber, it's starting in the morning, so I need to leave here with the full charge and then sometime throughout the day, I will Put the update on the adapter and check it out

What was the final mileage on your Trip A on a single charge? Curious as I've never done only short trips at slower speed in a Leaf. Thanks

It started going down fast. I got 287 miles driving about 35 miles an hour for the whole week with a little bit of freeway driving, they had the miles on, but at the end. It was 285. I'm on my way to charge right now. And I'll be resetting my trip counter and seeing what I can do again this week next week. It should be probably about 2:11. Because I'll be doing 50 mile old. It runs back-and-forth due to having to move to Orlando. And having to come back to work every day It's the most miles I've ever gotten though. Normally I get about 233, so I did up it a little bit. My final kW H was 4.2 at the moment. I'm cruising along, though at three point eight

you know i didnt get any info on how to get software update on a2z ccs to chademo. havent had any issues with A2Z yet so it isnt pressing. The A2Z i got for $899.

It should update the same way because the other adapter I had from a different company updated basically the same way they just send you an email you put it on a thumb drive plug it into the cable add some power to it either from a cell phone battery or anyway you can and just press the button one time and it just starts lighting up and transferring the file and it only takes about two seconds

Yeah, this one has worked every time everywhere also I don’t feel it needed an update but the Chargers around the country are changing so fast and the software within the chargers. It’s nice to keep them always updated.

Hello, yes I agree, more and more KZbin videos are done with AI voice. It seams like the AI is always making mistakes! I don't like it, its irritating to listen to! I would 100% rather listen to a real human being talking. Great job getting over 250 miles on a single charge!

@@scottwylde8528 I would love to just drive around at like 10 miles an hour all day long around the track to see what you could actually get out of the car. I bet you could get 400 miles if you only drove 5 miles an hour it would take obviously about two days LOL, but I bet you could get like 400 miles 500 mileswho knows? No air-conditioning no stereo no nothing you just drive at 5 miles an hour until the battery is dead, that could be a fun test.
