Looks delicious but we don't have enough leftovers. We used your glaze recipe for our smoked ham at Xmas and it was a huge hit! Happy New Year!!!🥳🥂🎉

That looks sooo good! I have a question: whenever I cook with fresh thyme, I rub the leaves between my hands before adding them, but I never see anyone doing that in cooking videos. Am I wasting my time? (I think I'll keep doing it regardless, but just wondering.) Happy New Year Kris, Wesley, Eb and Flo, from Susan in Upstate NY xx
