The thing is it's like they changed the writers team each season - so many storylines were developped then completely left out (as if they had never existed) the season after. Not to forget the various romances and infinite break ups lol. I love the show, but it could have been so much better with a better writing team. But no, they prefered focusing on the songs and performances. A least we have that, but still. The show deserved such a better ending than what we were given.
