We don’t know for sure that it was filmed at the time the pilot was shot. But looking at the jazz band members, they generally seem to have been the one used for season one after the pilot was filmed. And no one even knew about this clip until the Karoke Revolution dvd was released. And Finn used a song from Grease as his audition song in the pilot.

When Cory was cast in Glee in 2008 he was 26. When he passed in 2013 he was 31.

@@theschnauzers it wasn’t during the pilot. The pilot wasn’t filmed where the glee room was because it didn’t exist yet. The “glee room” in the pilot was filmed in a real school. This is on the glee set therefore after the pilot
