Not really, as there was no one else appropriate to do Motormouth’s part. The only other racial minority in the club at this point was Asian with Tina and Mike. Puck and Rachel are religious minorities, and Kurt, Blaine and Brittany are sexual minorities. Mercedes was literally the only one that could do Motormouth’s part.
