I kinda ship them together, but it seems like many people are misinterpreting this scene. I don’t think he was hurt by her breaking up with him, he was more upset about her liking Finn. Cuz Finn has everything Puck wanted, he’s the star quarterback, has a nice reputation, and he has the girl Puck wants; while Puck’s reputation is being the bad boy, a bully, and for being a home-wrecker on Finn and Quinn’s relationship. He doesn’t want Rachel to have hope of being with Finn because he wants to lose hope of being with Quinn.

I like how real the ending of this clip was. Early seasons, the show didn't sugarcoat anything.

its funny caused i actually thought that if finn and rachel couldnt end up together atleast these two would. i mean think of the hints -Pucks mom wants a nice jewish girl for him, whose the first person that pops in his head? Rachel -who helped him to restore his friendship with Finn? Rachel -who always talks to him in a calm way? Rachel -who helped him get back to glee club after he got arrested? Rachel -who did he encourage most in the football game? Rachel -who was he with after Sue' sister died? Rachel come on!?!

Well actually, Finn and Rachel were going to work out but then Finn died in real life then they couldn’t make the ending of Finn and Rachel wedding happy ending. But I also really like puck and now I just found out he also died just recently

Episodes of Glee from the first half of season 1 just felt so different from the rest of Glee. I'd even argue that those first 13 episodes were the best in all of Glee. Season 2 and Season 3 gave us amazing story lines and characters, though.
