According to Naya, there was a lot of improvisation going on with the older actors and Lea was getting annoyed by it and even made a comment about it. Lea storms off to get dressing room, locks herself in, and all the producers were trying to get her out. Naya got annoyed in return because she thought Lea was being a bit of an unprofessional brat and was holding up production. So Naya basically started yelling at a producer to do something about it, the producer got mad at Naya and "threw her off the set". Hence the rumors about her being fired and not appearing in the final episode of season 5.

0:08 I reacted the exact same way the first time I went to the UK for work in London! My work colleagues was pissing themselves laughing!?! I’d never seen so many pigeons in one place in my life, not even that many in NYC and Central Park. Nobody on this show needed constant validation the way Rachel did. Jeesh. Every little setback made her give up, or freak out. Everyone thought she had such great star power, but it's her reaction to anything that didn't go her way that mad me not be able to stand her.
