As a child, I was in the Glen Campbell Fan Club. That was in the mid 1960's. Later I rediscovered Glen as an adult. A gifted singer, actor, writer and guitarist. Love this song.

I am a one way motorway I'm the road that drives away follows you back home I am, I am a street light shining I'm a wild light blinding bright Burning off alone It's times like these you learn to live again It's times like these you give and give again It's times like these you learn to love again It's times like these time and time again I am, I am a new day rising I'm a brand new sky To hang the stars upon tonight I am, I am a little divided Do I stay or run away And leave it all behind? It's times like these you learn to live again It's times like these you give and give again It's times like these you learn to love again It's times like these time and time again It's times like these you learn to live again It's times like these you give and give again It's times like these you learn to love again It's times like these time and time again

Every Glen fan in the world is rejoicing at the life that has been breathed back into him with his fantastic new album MEET GLEN CAMPBELL. My personal favorite track is SING - just wonderful. However my all time favorite GC album is still BLOODLINE from '76 with great tracks like DONT PULL YOUR LOVE, BABY DONT BE GIVING ME UP,LAY ME DOWN and the title cut. Glen never sounded better - highly recomend finding a copy.

Wow, the things one learns from You Tube. I didn't know that the Foo Fighters did a Glen Campbell song and that Glen returned the favor. How cool is that? Good music is timeless. I am 51 yrs old and I remember watching Glen Campbell's weekly variety show. Now in my advancing years, I am an avid Foo Fighters fan. Once again, Dave Grohl has demonstrated his genius by recognizing Glen's genius, and we are all better for it.
