There's a few from a couple years back using an Ooni pizza oven and a wood fired brick pizza oven they had gotten and put in the backyard. But yes I agree some new pizza videos would be nice, do some pizza experimentation. I want to see Glen make a dessert pizza.

Blue Sky is an international food market out where Glen and Jules live. You can find there lots of foods less expensive than some regular stores. I shop sometimes at a similar one close to me, meats are often times much cheaper and the selection of fruits and vegs can be outstanding.

Looks like something you’d be paying out the nose for at a fancy steakhouse. But for a quarter of the price I’m sure! And I think I like the “hook” at the end of the video. I watch all the videos anyway, but it’s a fun way to keep people coming back.

I like the use of Cauliflower as a substitute for potatoes for those of us trying to cut carbs. I made your eggnog cheesecake last night substituted honey for sugar. No crust. It came out out well not quite what I expected with my substitution, but if I didn’t have explanations of th flavor I would be happy.

😊 thanks Glenn for another fantastic recipe. What if I don't have a braisier like you have? Could I use a roasting pan? I thought about a crock pot but doubt it would give the depth of flavour that comes from the oven. Thank you in advance for your tips. Terry in Ontario

I noticed that you used a small tin of tomato paste, I saw a tip that truely works and saves money. Buy a jar of tomato paste once you’ve opened it and used some, put the lid on, turn the jar upside down shaking the contents towards the lid. Store it in the fridge upside down and it doesn’t go moldy. I have no idea how this hocus pocus works but it does. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ After using this hack haven’t thrown out on jar and it’s never moldy. You must shake the contents down after each use and store it upside down.

You should be able to find that without a link I have to put. Her concert here was amazing! To make it even more easy: If u type in: Hugsi bert um teg. A song of her. Your supermarket is so cheap! I'm going to have to start driving the 500+ miles to shop there. My supermarket never has sales like that. I think they give all the old and weird stuff to the food bank. I know for sure they give the day-old bakery and produce to them, so why not the unusual or date limited meat? Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
