I can’t express enough how impressed I am at your work. It’s great for your daughter to see this. I’m in the middle of a kitchen renovation that my husband and I are doing but he is a retired general contractor and knows how to do things. I would never have the confidence to do what you’re doing. Bravo!

Your skill, ingenuity, work ethic and design sense never fail to amaze me. And your attention to detail is impressive. I would hire you to do work in my home any day. Your level of expertise is much higher than some tradesmen I've used. You are Superwoman in my book! Tell your "manager" to give you a raise!💗

I am a Retiree, that hates to check for leaks or possible leaks! The Water leak checks that alert you on your phone would be wonderful in preventing damage to my furniture sounds great. I would be very interested in investing in a few. I love your room makeovers are the bomb!!❤

I want to say “Thank you” for making this long version of the laundry room projects! I’m one of those weirdos that love long drawn out well edited videos of people doing projects (of any kind) it’s really great for my anxiety. I could watch them in the order of videos, but that usually causes me to be anxious that I might miss something, and sometimes I just want to relax and watch it all at one time. For most channels, I just skip around and move on. Thanks for the content girl❤❤

Glenda, if you mount the sink a little higher, the sink edges can sit level/ flush with the countertop... So you don't see the edge banding and water damage is less likely. It doesn't have to be an undermount sink... You can even install the sink as a vessel sink. Also, the best way to prime bare metal is with self-etching primer. Your top coat of paint will last much longer and it won't peel up (for the lockers). ProTip: spackle is easier to use on primed wood surfaces to fill nail holes and mitered corners. It doesn't gum up like wood filler and won't shrink. You can sponge over the areas of texture that sprayed too heavy, prior to painting. Taping your walls prior to caulking baseboards and door trim will make for neater transitions and consistent wall texture. Just peel up the tape after you smooth your caulk lines and your texture and paint will be neat and crisp. Latex paint can be watered down a little bit to flow through your sprayers better and if you're using the hvlp, you can add a moisture filter to your air hose to avoid "fish eyes" on your finish. Larger outlet covers are available on Amazon so you don't have to do tedious compound work around each outlet for the standard covers to work. Your "manager" is adorable! You're a total rockstar 🤩

Glenda, you are a Wonder Woman! I am amazed at your skills and that you accomplish it all in the time your child is asleep: I always needed to sleep when they did. The water detectors are a great idea. I plan to look into them for myself and for a relative who did have an unfortunate basement event 2 years ago that went undetected for a week--a silent nightmare that required replacement of the furnace, a freezer, mold clean-up...on and on.

Must have missed the first go-round of you putting in the new sheetrock & mudding. You didn't put in any insulation on that outside wall. I know you live in Tx and I know it snows in the Houston area cause in the 90s I visited from FL to meet my newborn nephew. Here in FL we get frozen pipes time to time & have to allow our faucets to drip when temps dip. But then we haven't done any renovations yet.

Want to add, when living in Miami, our house had Dade -Slash pine used to build the rafters etc back in the 50s too. Very tough lumber. Went thru numerous hurricanes without a hiccup. It was tough to say good bye to it in the 80s when we moved further north.
