Your regular can opener can open a can without the sharp edges, too! All you have to do is instead of putting the cutting wheel on top of the can, lay the can opener on it's side and put the cutting wheel on the side of the can, and open it the same way you normally would! The lid comes off without sharp edges! Try it! I like to watch those videos about yard clean up transformations that they do for free for people in need, or furniture restorations or restoration of old, rusty tools or machinery, or Oriental country's craftsmen, especially Japan(their woodworking is phenomenal!) And gardening tips and tricks( of course)! Plus the Shorts! Your chili looks scrumptious! Might have to think about a pot when it cools down! (We don't have air conditioning, just fans! Like it better that way!) ❤😊

@@glendasully From small little items up to building houses, they don't use any nails or screws of any kind! They use notched wood pieces and pegs! The way they build things with nothing but bamboo is spectacular! And such precision, no gaps, no holes, nothing uneven! Amazing! Whole buildings out of nothing but bamboo and pegs! You would enjoy it, I think!❤️😊

I have used the 2 Alarm chili package a LOT, in past yrs, but now I can make it without a chili package mix. For liquid I add V8 tomato veggie juice & I always add 1 bottle of beer. Sometimes I skip the beer & use near 3/4 can of Coca Cola. *If I use venison chili cut meat I use the beer.* Your chili looked delicious, Glenda. Stay well!!👍❤️🇺🇸

Just something you might want to try, Glenda. When I make my chili--I buy the package of "Wick Fowler's 2- Alarm Chili seasoning". It's right there in the spice section--every larger grocery store has it. It contains individual packets of all the seasonings you need. A large packet of chili powder--and smaller packets of oregano, paprika, salt, etc. It has 2 small packets of red pepper--use just 1 packet for 1-Alarm" chili, or 2 packets for "2-Alarm" chili ". For those who don't like it hot, you leave those out. I use both! There's also a packet of masa, that mixed with a small amount of water--thickens it to the desired consistency. I don't have to add anything else, as the flavor is perfect---just from everything that already comes in the package. It's easier, and perfectly seasoned. It's so popular it sometimes sells out--so I always buy 2 at a time. Once I discovered it--I will never make chili without it. It doesn't cost much at all...next time give it a try :)

Update… Chili looks delicious Glenda. On my thyroid issue Have to wait to get my 100mcg of Synthroid on 7/21 Unfortunately, the fatigue still with me after 4 days on the lower dose of 88mcg of Synthroid I always used to take it at night but started taking in the morning As u know, normal levels are .5 - 4.5 The higher the number the more medication u need I am at 1.3 Still within normal but at the higher side Strange thing is, every evening starting about 5pm the fatigue starts to wear off By 10pm almost normal Every night the same thing I don’t get it! I have cpap machine that I restarted No change Going Wednesday for a heart Zio patch to monitor some PVC’s of the heart So, tomorrow morning I will not be taking my Synthroid in the morning I want to see if there is a change for the better If, I feel better after a few days then it has to be too much Synthroid Too much Synthroid can cause fatigue as well I don’t understand what happened For 28 years I took 150 mcg and never a issue They have been lowering and lowering my medication over the years My sister who is a few years older than me has thyroid issue as well She was always taking 100mcg and now they dropped her to 25mg after 20 years Sister complains of much fatigue as well Seems there is a pattern My Glenda, please say a prayer for me The fatigue feels like death…

I'm so very sorry that you're suffering from severe fatigue. I really do think the Synthroid will make a difference in how you feel. Just hang in there a few more days & you'll get name brand meds.
