I heard when Spike Lee was thinking about a film on Malcom X. He wanted Phyliss to play Billie Holiday and it would have been a significant role. Glenn knows that was very fun record.

Just saw this one in March, 2022, earlier in the day that the Oscars will be presented this year. Glenn Close now brings on for me a terrible frustration. A friend of mine and I had tickets to see her in person on stage at a local venue in 2020. It had to be canceled because of the pandemic and was not rescheduled. Though we got refunds, it was a terrible disappointment. Oh, well, all the best to her.
