She is really the only thing, that makes these movie damn fabulous!! (Okay, the costume and set designer's work as well) Without her, they would be cute, but this totally over-the-top more real than life portrayal of Cruella is what really does it! Sometimes I pop in the DVDs and just skip through 'em just to watch the scenes with her! And I like the sequel even more, she's completely manic in this, it's horrifyingly stunning and such a joy to watch!
