Cynthia Johnson I don't know much about Glen Greewald other than the fact that he leeked the Snowden. I admire him for being consent in his critisms of both the republicans and the Democrats. There are far too many democratic party hacks who belive the Cia when it's about Donald Trump winning. but whe it's convenient for them like when Iraq was invaded under false reports they don't . I feel like this election showed who is a legitimate progessive and who was a democratic party hacks.

I'm so glad the Democracy Now! is still going strong. I cannot overstate my gratitude for them.

I donate small amounts to Democracy Now. Why? Well look at the main stream sources of media and answer that question yourself :) America needs revolution and to remove the super-rich from power forever. My 100% death tax on sums over 15 million and two homes would be a good first step. Campaign financing that is public would be a crucial step. Are we too late to save American democracy? Very possibly yes we may truly be too late and that then leaves us Americans standing against our own militarized, blood thirsty, torturing, information repressing, non-due process government. The government is our enemy. The American government as it stands is a threat to all life on earth.

People, and Glenn does it here, patting Trump's supporters on their backs for winning when noone thought he would but c'mon, wasn't it just the old Conservative vote who got trump a win compared to the Liberal side? Surely, Trump didn't have more young people than Bernie did right? Also, I love all these people who froth at punishing the democrats. They're sort of missing the point, just like the loyal dems who ignored progressive Liberals and seek to blame others for Trump's win: The Democrats are nearly as mired into the political slop fest as the Republicans. Bernie shoulda went 3rd party. The Democrats of course, would let the establishment weight in.

Both Trump and Hilary were awful candidates. It was lose-lose. I don't ever want to see Hilary in government ever again. She was a very flawed candidate. I think the Democrat's loss is due to both the retardation of Trump voters, anger of people tired of both sides, and Hilary's disconnect from people who felt left behind. However, Trump's behavior with Russia is bizarre. We sat through Benghazi and the Email BS that won't die. Too bad. It's Trump's turn. It doesn't mean no one should look into it. The Republicans don't seem keen to doing so. I'm tired of hearing complaining about "poor Trump" and everyone trying to delegitimize the same man who tried for years, to prove that Obama was Kenyan Muslim. I wish the news would focus on something else and let the investigations keep going but, this needs to get looked at and I feel zero sympathy for Trump.

When Donald Trump was near to getting in power I knew this was a critical time not just for America or Britain but further afield I also was armed with a lot more plus the latest disclosures came about partly through me because I went down the rabbit hole the problem is though and I know this may sound a little paranoid Hillary Clinton has something missing from her personality I'm afraid I've worked my head of trying to see the conclusions and the arrivals of what to me seems like a rather dramatic lifestyle, driving herself to the bone to get the people to love her. All I can see here is has she been abused by a male because she isnt like the typical female when it comes to acting out. Women are known for acting out at least some of them but being in a position of power, basically having that thrust on you and being female isn't the recipe for all out world peace at least not Hillary. I worry and have worried all my life in fact as an infant when I heard my mum and dad accidentally disclosing that, my grandma worked in an amunitions factory for the second world war and got burns all down her legs. I was a source of interest to the intelligence party/party's of whoever I didn't understand it at the time.the fact of the matter is I am the type of person who will back down if someone is making an argument against me just to save them from themselves. I know a bit about psychology because I've had to with the tag of autism hanging round my head but, that's my strength. Now I believe that Donald Trump came into this with misslaid good intentions, but now he's completely out of his depth.

Greenwald assumes to know as much as the intelligence community, but doesn't say why he doubts their assessment of the hacking
@urbancarpet7 жыл бұрын
He's commented on that in an earlier interview...the hacking story is completely fabricated and in spite of the cia's lame attempt to prop up the lie, has been absolutely proven False.
@glamp437 жыл бұрын
Maybe because the intelligence community haven't presented any tangible proof. Maybe because the intelligence community have repeatedly lied to Americans for decades and decades, the very same people they're supposed to be serving.
@leonardwalker81427 жыл бұрын
Zee Ter What's been proven false? Also, it's not only the CIA... it's the FBI, NHI, and 14 other organizations within that community. Not sure what you're talking about
@leonardwalker81427 жыл бұрын
glamp43 As far as presenting proof, that's happening as we speak with the briefing of Trump. Even afterwards he won't believe it, and you won't either
@glamp437 жыл бұрын
I think what he's talking about is that these intelligence communities that you laud have absolutely no credibility anymore. Their lies go back to the Gulf of Tonkin incident. They lied about WMDs. They lied about Benghazi. They lied about all of the innocent people killed by Obama's drones. They lied about the spying being done on American citizens. I could go on and on and on. The big question here really is why do you still believe anything they say?
