I appreciate Greenwald addressing the issues of transparency, honesty and the importance of apologizing for published errors, but how can he say that the Trump-Russia narrative is "inflated" unless he can predict the future and / or have access to important information. How can Greenwald claim the Trump-Russia story is "inflated" if two major players in his government plead guilty to lying to the FBI as well a third?

Michael Gfroerer... Because there is ZERO actual evidence of any collusion to influence or "hack" the election. How can anyone CLAIM there was collusion with zero evidence? Insist there was collusion over and over and over until people start believing its true? There simply has been no evidence of collusion. Flynn was indicted for lying to the FBI not for collusion (yes, yes- I know people insist this procedural indictment was in exchange for info on people who are more guilty- though that's not how plea bargains work). One can't prove a negative. No one can PROVE I've never gone ice skating no matter how hard they look for evidence that I never went. No one will be able to prove Trump's campaign DID NOT collude with Russia. It can't be done. That's why our country insists that we prove someone DID something before we convict them (prove a positive, not a negative). I didn't vote Trump. I think he's a... Tragedy. But I do think that patriots need to insist on proof on issues of politics and law and not rely on rumor and suspicions.
