Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner joined SiriusXM radio's Dean Obeidallah to discuss Donald Trump escaping accountability noting it was not justice that failed us but people in key positions like AG Merrick Garland. But Glenn reminds us that "Justice Still Matters!"

Thank you to both of you during this time. We need to remember that the wealthy have always had a different justice system than the average white American and people of color and indigenous origin have had a different justice system than the white Americans. This broken system has evolved to what it is today, a dystopian landscape. We did not learn from our historical mistakes to make all people equal under the law. We did not make America home of the free to all.

It's a little late! When America saw AG Garland obstructing justice for Trump Glenn was a very loud voice saying Garland was secretly working to nail Trump. Maybe if a powerful voice like Glenn would have spoken up four years ago against Garland maybe things would be different today.

If you think it’s a good idea to have a discussion with the “other side” of reporters, then why was it raunchy for Joe and Mika (who despise Agent Orange), to humble themselves and attempt a discussion, to break the ice? I don’t believe they went to “kiss the ring” at all. They still feel vehemently about “him” that they did before that event. They aren’t buddies now. I though that what they did was brave and selfless. Obviously, they put themselves on the line for the country.
