As for Whitby clocks I was up there the other week and they weren't working and I couldn't find out . Is awesome to see that they're finally getting them and put back.. obviously there will be right twice a day when not working and that is a fact . But yeah I am pleased to see that they've got funding to do whatever it is they're getting done I hope next week when I come up they're telling the right time.. I miss Whitby .. whitby gets a lot of bikers including myself.. ok when I come to Whitby I'm riding my scooter 125 but I have been there on my 250 Suzuki motocross. But yeah I also noticed the amount of litter in the real station when I got train to Whitby from Boro .. I think they should more concentrate on cleaning up other people's filth then stopping motorbikers who actually do contribute to Whitby.. other people's trash in the train station does not...

Talkin of Northern Rail, they need to make more easy and accessible to get to Whitby via Train.. Now I love and adore the beautiful blue Coastliner from York to Whitby, but its a long long ride. Fantastic scenery is stunning. BUT they need to make it easier and quicker via Train and Yes I know i can get the train from LEEDS to Saltburn and then X4.. Speaking off. Whats is the difference between X4 and X4A is one quicker?. Thanks love ur channel. 😊😊

The biker thing was probably because there is limited room in the carpark and they wanted to maximise revenue by clawing back a couple of extra spaces. If motorcyclists aren’t paying to park and they’re not using the train after parking up, then Northern Rail don’t make any money from them. Simple business logic. Failing to consider the wider benefit to the town, is not part of their calculations. Hopefully there are still biker spaces throughout the rest of the town. As we all know, bikers love coming to the seaside and spending money.

Well they are allowed in the car park now. Probably a discrimination law breached. No doubt also realising there was a huge majority of people against what they tried to implement. I imagine they didn’t add that to their calculations either.

@@thewhitbyphotographer - I’m just glad that they saw sense in the end. Although I have a bike, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever take it to Whitby. Usually take the car and family as a “big trip”. I still love to see the bikes at the seaside though.
