1200w at the wall peak. The approx real time costs were about £0.42 per hour to run, or £2.92 per day (approx 6ish hours) according to our smart meter, we are on the standard UK tariff

@@Mandyglen So that a lot higher than expected... Pensioners in the UK would start panicking... I run a typical halogen heater at £0.15 per hr ! (90p for six hours)

@@Tubby-o8bIt's probably a lower wattage than this, that's why it's cheaper to run
@kathydoyle185723 күн бұрын
@@Tubby-o8b Is that for a large or small heater? I was thinking the other day about getting a couple of small halogen heaters (have seen them in mail order catalogues). Are they safe to use around pets? Have a cat who sits right next to my ceramic heater when it's on.

Thank you for such an in-depth review. I saw the larger fan only version of this a few months ago and loved the look of it but couldn't justify paying for it when I have a fan already. I remember thinking "if only it had a heater too..." Now to try and find one! 😂

Glad you found our video useful. We got the fans and love the design. We’ve put this heater in our bedroom so it’s really handy to have a remote control next to the bed. It’s not too loud when it’s running either. Hope you can find one ☺️

I just picked one up from Lidl, a nice cheaper alternative to the Dyson and takes the chill away. It saves putting the heating on and heating the whole house

I agree. When the children are at school and I’m home alone I don’t like to run the boiler. Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately I missed this one. Do you remember how much the other size was?

They were £70. The taller ones were all sold out in our Lidl but plenty of these smaller ones.

I got one and it’s blowing cold air. Doesn’t heat the room up at all.

They make this in a fan version that isn’t a heater. Did you definitely pick up the fan heater and is it definitely the correct one in the box?

Wow that's way too expensive for a fan heater. It's even that powerful at 1200w
@Mandyglen26 күн бұрын
The cost is higher than a regular fan heater because it has the added features of the remote control and mood lighting. It definitely looks more stylish than most heaters too. It is a lot cheaper than the Dyson version which we saw for over £200 😅
