Hi there, I need your help to solve the error of “Browser tab lost visibility” while giving the test. Actually I attempted this test twice with keeping mind all the instructions but still got the same error twice. Later on I emailed them about this issue and they told me to make sure your curser don’t go outside the test slide. So again I appeared for the test following this instructions but ended up having the same thing and loosing my last attempt. Now I’ve to pay 49$ again to give further tests. My question is, what changes do we have to make in chrome browser to be able to give test seamlessly. Well I already turned of unnecessary plugins but it didn’t really work. Looking forward to hear from you. Thank you very much in advance.

Check your chrome settings by to the privacy section! hope that helps

Hi Nishil. I would suggest you to install latest version of Opera and take the test fresh from there. Some chrome extensions might be interfering.

I notice that you are offering courses for IELTS test is that because all the tests have the same structure ?

We have separate channel for IELTS, you can subscribe to that. The structure/format of Duolingo is different from that of IELTS.
