Sorry to hear about your loss. Anyway I really enjoy decks that doesn’t utilised dual lands/RL doing well. Always a budget consideration for new players getting into legacy. Hopefully we can see you playing more decks like this that remains competitive without RL/duals.

Go for 2 copies of beck//call and 1 paradoxical outcome of hurkly recall. This lets you keep more hands and helps to keep the combo going

This is always a fun glass canon deck to watch. I like the resiliency offered by the Salvage Titans. It seems to give some game through hate (like Chalice and Ouphe) that opponents might mulligan into oblivion for.

I like the match 1 sideboarding "take out some of the top end" for nettlecyst. You took out a bunch of 1 drops for a bunch of 3 drops. :P

You can loop Salvage Titans by saccing the first to pay for the second and then returning to hand using the ability to keep that combo going. I just realized watching this now. Sorry for your loss and hope you are doing alright.

at 5:42 you could have sacced the other salvage titan on the board, and then get him back into your hand by discarding the lands to keep the chain going. :)

Love to see this deck. The audio sounds good volume-wise. Practically when your mic kicks on as you talk, it creates an ambient background that flicks on or off that's a little distracting.

I took this build and changed out some of your top end for urza's sagas, worth a try like that. You can keep more hands without mulling and the constructs can become beasts

retract is a good option for this kind of deck beyond the turn 1 nut draw,, also paradoxical outcome as a more niche case (as in my lack of paper budget niche)

Glad the prior version of this did well number wise. I'm a little shocked about that as the deck doesn't really strike me as that good (you piloted it well but it's just too fair for me personally). Is there any room at all in it for Urza's saga? Access to shadowspear and those gobots could be good.

This deck has two advantages over other glimpse zero combos… it can play magic not just combo, and it got cmc that’s pretty high (Also I don’t get why you keep cutting thought monitor over thought cast)

Thought-Monitor requires more artifacts in play to start doing its thing. Sometimes casting your card earlier is better than having a better late game.

@@ThrabenUniversity okay I can understand that but thought monitor is both a creature and only “2” mana more making it more important to the combo kill part of the deck I think? But I might be underestimating the “2” cost since thought cast does do some heavy lifting in this deck
