Kesar is about colour of Keshri. Orange colour la flesh erukkum. Taste also very good as compare to others. GI tag variety.

The women on the left side( think daughter and mother) explained the art of tasting the ripened mango. ok... I am going to taste Romania now. Nice to watch this video.
