Shades of Melee Marth vs Fox, but without the chaingrabs and shine shenanigans. Lucina just seems to be an excellent positional-advantage based character, who excels in neutral and has a great kit for sending characters off-stage and exploiting weaknesses in recoveries. Very cool to have a character like that in SmashU.

I forgot who's video was it but the person made a tier list and put fox on SS I think. He said characters in SS can be used as a solo character.( like you dont need to play any other character in order to win) This match just proves that tier list wrong.

Have to disagree, do discredit to Light since he is an incredible player and really showing the power of Fox in this game but just because someone loses to another character doesn't mean that Fox solo is impossible. Besides the matches were really close

Keimark That’s not at all true. Even the commentators said how Light threw the second game away, those were Light’s mistakes, not the fault of the character. Fox is more than capable of beating a Lucina any day, Light just made bad decisions. Choosing that stage every time didn’t do him any favors either.
