Look into Sidechain and Compression. Also use a "Bus" to group your mixer tracks. Also if you work with loops or smth and want to change the BPM, but your clips change the size, go under "Tools" -> "Macros" and then "Change all audio Clips to..." and set it to "Realtime stretching". Helped me out alot, and i dindt know how to do it for a long time.
