i’ve been using it since my second boxing class, just try to get it a vit wet with water or saliva and breath trough your mouth and you won’t even notice it :)

The greatest years of my life. Something the youth today don't have,a way to channel their energy and master their emotions.

That’s good work, I remember I sparred for the first and last time ever. Gym coach set me up for a beatdown and let it go on for a while. Everyone laughed the entire time except for this one old guy who actually tried to help.

I've had many round with brand new people. Literally let them get comfy throw whatever they like as long as they are being respectful and not trying to be too much. Tell them what they are doing right and what to improve on in-between rounds

I love it. Most people should be light sparring. I'm not anti intensity. Sometimes you got to flirt with injury through hard sparring to get used to fight rythem but 80% of the time should be light sparring. Well done mate
