Yes but why is the ALX400 Does Not have a london ibus announcement?

It could be because the bus is preserved and not actually in service so the announcement doesn't play

Ibus equipment has to be removed when a bus is decommissioned from normal service. The equipment is property of Transport for London and is reused in another new bus

SBS transit Olympians had Alexander Royale bodywork. The ALX400 is also an Alexander design and the ALX400 was based off the Royale design.

It has the same engine as an Enviro 400 Euro 4, this bus was retrofitted.
